Parenting Plans

A Parenting Plan is a document created and agreed upon by the parents of a minor child. A Parenting Plan addresses issues such as the parenting time (the custody schedule), how decision-making responsibilities for the child are determined, and other issues related to the child’s well-being, including but not limited to education, religion, and health care. A Parenting Plan should fit the particular needs of your family, be detailed, and be easy to follow. A well-crafted Parenting Plans is flexible enough to allow for exceptions and adaptable to change as your child grows older.
